The Inkheart Series

If you enjoy love stories, bloodiness and fairy tales, the Inkheart series is the series for you. I had realized towards the end of the series how much the series had changed since the beginning. For example, the series was already based on fairy tales, but in the middle of Inkspell a love story started and about 3/4 through Inkspell it got bloody. I don't think this was my favorite series, but it may be yours!
